How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page and we'll email you a reset link. You can also update your password from Settings - Account - Security.

How do I export my book?

In Typewriter, click the "Export" button in the top-right corner. Choose your format (EPUB, PDF, DOCX) and any formatting options. Your book will download automatically.

Can I import my existing manuscript?

Yes! Typewriter supports importing from DOCX, Google Docs, and plain text files. Click "Import" in your workspace and follow the prompts.

How long does AI editing take?

AI editing speed depends on manuscript length. Most books under 100k words are processed within 30 minutes. You'll receive an email when your edit is ready.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and ACH bank transfers for US customers. Your readers can purchase books with credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
